I wanted to send you a quick note to say once again Certified exceeded my expectation. I am not sure you remember but when I called you in Dec 2010 I needed a new unit put in within a couple of days and was not sure I could get that accomplished as it was over a holiday. I called several companies for estimates and when I sat down at the end of the day to make a decision, it was very easy. Certified impressed me from my first phone call to set up the appt, you showed up for the estimate exactly at the agreed upon time, and seemed to know more about the units, rebates, and warranties than the other companies. After you left I called with a question prior to making a final decision and you called me back after hours, which I was very impressed with.

Your crew showed up on time (on a holiday), they were courteous, neat, and very professional. They finished in less time than promised and you were there to oversee the installation. I received all of the paperwork from Lisa( who is awesome) that made submitting for my Rheem rebate super easy, I literally signed my name and mailed it. At that point I had no regrets about using Certified and was very pleased. Until.....3 months later and I get a phone call from Lisa stating that my FP&L rebate was higher than estimated and I would be getting a check from Certified for an additional $100.00! At that point I knew you were not only a professional and qualified individual but also one with integrity. I would have never known I had an additional $100 coming had you and your staff not operated with honesty.

So I need to say thank you again for doing an outstanding job all the way around. BTW, the unit works great and my last FP&L was around $40! I have never in the 5 years I lived in FL, had a bill that low, not to mention how quiet the unit is. Thanks and I will absolutely recommend you to my friends and family.

Excellent, Quick and Fair - Certified was at my home today, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems. One of the problems had been investigated by two other a/c companies and they couldn't determine the cause. Service person was pleasant. Prices were fair.

Owner-operated and Honest - I called Certified for a second opinion. The first company told me I needed a new A/C system on a 5 year old house. The two guys that came out from Certified were the owners of the company. They serviced the system, told me what the deal was and left me with a smile. Honest guys. One Heck of a "Cool" Company - I had Certified Heating and Cooling change out the air conditioner and air handler in my home last year, the Technicians on site were knowledgeable, polite and had the change out done in no time. The job they did was very neat and professional (no wire messes etc) and the crew cleaned up after themselves. After a couple of days they scheduled to return and double check the system I was very impressed and recomend this company without hesitation.
